I found the staff very helpful. The bar area is nice. It includes a pool table, foosball, and some games. The hotel generally feels spacious, specifically in rooms and communal areas. I appreciated the grocery stores nearby.
I noticed the sound insulation could be improved, as noise sometimes traveled easily.

The staff demonstrated swift service. The customer service team addressed requests quickly, when possible. Daily housekeeping kept our rooms super clean..

Decent stay close to the Feria
spacious rooms juice quality nice staff window replacement bathroom smell
The room was spacious. The breakfast offered wide options and great juice quality. The staff was very nice and always available (especially at breakfast!).
The windows should be replaced because of the noise. I found the bathroom smelled.
